Here at Stykonz, we have made it our mission for our customers to love our products. With the nature of online shopping and not being able to try, see, touch and feel a product prior to purchase, it may sometimes take more than one opportunity to get it right.

Return Guarantee

We Offer a 30-Day Return Policy. (Click to open)

This applies to all products except our shoe range, please see 'Shoe Returns, Refunds & Exchanges', below. All returns, including sale items must be received within 30 days of the purchase date. We will provide a full refund, store credit or exchange (you choose):

  • Refund doesn’t include postage charges.
  • Return registered post with tracking number is paid by the customer, please email us here.
  • Multiple order returns can be sent in the one parcel.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Store credit is valid for 12 months.

Return Items Policy:

  • Returned items are to be packaged securely, new unworn condition with tags and labels intact.
  • Shoes are to be returned in the original box with no taping or markings and packed in a postage box to prevent damage in transit to us.
  • Due to health regulations, we are unable to accept returns on facemasks, swimwear, bikini bottoms and swimming togs/bathing suits, earrings, and hair accessories unless faulty (see below).

Refunds (if applicable):

  • We will notify you of the approval of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • We cannot refund to a credit card that wasn't used at the time of purchase.
  • Shoe Refunds will not be issued for sizing disputes, please ensure you check the size chart prior to ordering. Only exchanges are allowed.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

  • It can take 3-7 days to receive a refund depending on how your payment was initially made. However, if you used a credit/debit card linked to your PayPal, it can take up to 30 days.
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your bank or credit card company to confirm their processing time.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@stykonz.com.

Exchanges (if applicable):

  • We are happy to replace, refund or exchange items if they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
  • The item(s) must be returned within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Please send an email with a photo of the fault and request an exchange for the same product or full refund for the faulty product.
  • If the item(s) is a sale purchase, only the sale cost will be refunded.
  • Refund does not include shipping/postage costs.

Gift Return and Refunds

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned and are non-redeemable for cash.

Wrong Address and Lost in Transit

  • At the time of checkout, please ensure your address details are correct and up to date.
  • If your address is incorrect and your parcel is lost in transit, you will be fully liable for the cost of a reshipment to your updated address.
  • For packages lost in transit with the correct address, all claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order to you.
  • We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that your shipping address was correct. Please also check your tracking order details and contact the delivery company to ask them to try and locate the lost order before contacting us.

Order Errors at Checkout

  • If you make an error at the time of checkout, please email us immediately at customerservice@stykonz.com with full details so that we may assist you and correct the error (i.e. incorrect address, credit card number, order, quantity etc).
  • Unfortunately, once an order is shipped, we are unable to correct the order.

Shoe Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

  • Size exchange, please contact us here and let us know the correct size (1 size up or down is permitted) that you want to exchange for, and we will be happy to ship the product to you.
  • Returned items are to be packaged securely and sent back in brand new and unworn condition with tags and labels intact.
  • Shoes are to be returned in the original box with no taping or markings and packed in a postage box to prevent damage in transit to us.
  • Refunds will not be issued for sizing disputes, only exchanges are allowed.
  • Free Exchanges will only be allowed once per shoe order.
  • Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for exchange
  • We are happy to replace, refund or exchange shoes if they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
  • The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of being received.
  • Please send an email with a photo of the fault and request an exchange for the same product or full refund for the faulty product.
  • If the item(s) is a sale purchase, only the sale cost will be refunded.
